Four-car crash slows First Avenue traffic (The Gazette)

CEDAR RAPIDS – Traffic is reduced to one lane on First Avenue East near 26th Street after a crash. It appears four cars were involved in the eastbound lanes. Police and other emergency responders are on scene. Minor injuries were reported. The slowdown only lasts a few blocks.

Nissan sets pricing for Leaf electric car in Japan (Detroit News)

Nissan will announce the U.S. price for the zero-emission Leaf today and launch it later this year. The Japanese automaker calls the Leaf “the world’s first truly affordable, mass-market, all-electric zero-emission car.”
